Imprint Colors
Custom imprinting is available on coloring book orders of 250 or more. The standard imprint area is approximately 7 × 1.175 inches.
Standard one-color imprint options include:

Blue — PMS 286

A full-color imprint is available for an additional $0.18 per book. Any imprint using more than one standard color is considered full color.

Setup Charge
A $28 imprint setup charge applies to new custom orders. This charge covers the preparation of your logo, text, or other imprint artwork for production.
The setup charge is waived on exact repeat orders when:

No changes are made to the artwork

The artwork is still on file
-
The previous order number is provided
Artwork is kept on file for two years. Changes to the logo, text, colors, layout, or other imprint details may require a new setup charge.
Artwork Requirements
The quality of your custom imprint depends on the artwork provided. To prevent delays and ensure the best print quality, please submit clean, complete, high-resolution artwork.
Preferred file formats
Vector artwork is strongly preferred because it can be resized without losing sharpness or detail. Recommended formats include:

Adobe Illustrator (.AI)

Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)

Vector PDF (.PDF)
Please convert all fonts to outlines and embed any linked images before submitting your file.
Raster artwork
High-resolution raster files may also be accepted, including:

PNG (.PNG)

JPEG (.JPG or .JPEG)
Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the actual size it will be printed. Images copied from websites, screenshots, and low-resolution logos are generally not suitable for printing.
Our art department may reject artwork that is incomplete, too low in resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for printing. We will contact you if a replacement file is needed.
Artwork is kept on file for two years and cannot be released or transferred without the original owner’s written consent.
Additional Customization
Standard imprinting includes adding your logo, organization name, contact information, or message to an existing coloring book design.
For changes beyond the standard imprint area—such as modifying the cover design, interior pages, text, illustrations, or colors—please review our custom product information or contact us for details.
Proofs
As you add your text and logo, an on-screen preview of your design will be displayed. You can also review the preview from your shopping cart before submitting the order.
Our graphics team will use the submitted design and artwork to prepare the final imprint. We may contact you if information is missing or if the artwork is likely to reproduce poorly.
