Imprint Colors

Imprints are available on all reference cards that have a minimum quantity of 100. Standard imprint colors include Black, Blue (PMS286), Red (PMS186) or Green (PMS355). Contact us for more information.

Setup Charges

All imprinted orders require an Imprint Setup Charge of $28.00. This charge is for any imprint, which may include logo and/or straight line text. Repeat orders with no changes to artwork are NOT charged a set up charge. Artwork is kept on file for two years. Artwork

Camera-ready art: Imprint quality depends on the artwork supplied with purchase orders. To avoid delays, please supply clean and complete camera-ready artwork with a minimum resolution of 720 dpi.

Digital art requirements: We are PC-based and cannot guarantee files sent with MAC formats will be usable. Adobe Illustrator EPS or PDF files are recommended as they provide superior reproduction quality and allow images to be resized without loss of detail and/or sharpness. 

Our art department has the right to refuse any artwork they deem unusable or does not meet our requirements. Artwork is kept on file for two years. Artwork cannot be transferred without the expressed written consent from the original owner of the artwork. Back to top

Proofs

After you submit your order, within two working days, we'll email you a proof for your review and approval. Once you approve the proof (we won't go to print until we get your approval), we'll send your order to production. Production takes about 8 working days; add another 2-4 days for shipping.

Nevertheless, Zoco Products assumes no liability for any errors made by customer. All sales are final upon submission of order. If you have any questions on imprints or artwork, please contact us in advance of placing your order.
