Imprint Colors
Full-color custom imprinting is available on magnets with a minimum order quantity of 100.
Setup Charge
A $28 imprint setup charge applies to new custom orders. This charge covers the preparation of your logo, text, or other imprint artwork for production.
The setup charge is waived on exact repeat orders when:
- No changes are made to the artwork
- The artwork is still on file
- The previous order number is provided
Artwork is kept on file for two years. Changes to the logo, text, layout, or other imprint details may require a new setup charge.

Artwork Requirements
The quality of your custom imprint depends on the artwork provided. To prevent delays and ensure the best print quality, please submit clean, high-resolution artwork.
Preferred file formats
Vector artwork is strongly preferred because it can be resized without losing sharpness or detail. Recommended formats include:
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
- Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)
- Vector PDF (.PDF)
Please convert all fonts to outlines and embed any linked images before submitting your file.
Raster artwork
High-resolution raster files may also be accepted, including:
- Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
- TIFF (.TIF or .TIFF)
- PNG (.PNG)
- JPEG (.JPG or .JPEG)
Raster artwork must be at least 300 dpi at the actual size it will be printed. Images copied from websites, screenshots, and low-resolution logos are generally not suitable for printing.
Whenever possible, submit artwork in CMYK color mode. Colors displayed on a monitor may differ slightly from the final printed product.
Our art department may reject artwork that is incomplete, too low in resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for printing. We will contact you if a replacement file is needed.

Proofs and Production
A digital proof will be emailed within 2 business days after your order and artwork are received. Please review the proof carefully for spelling, contact information, colors, placement, and overall accuracy.
Your order will not enter production until we receive your approval.
Production typically takes approximately 8 business days after proof approval. Allow an additional 2–4 business days for shipping.
ZoCo Products is not responsible for errors approved by the customer. Custom-imprinted orders are final once the proof has been approved and production has begun.
