The laminated 5.25 × 8.5 design provides illustrated, step-by-step guidance for helping a choking infant under age 1, a choking child over age 1 or adult, and an unconscious choking victim. It also includes write-on/wipe-off fields for important phone numbers.
Each card is individually packaged with an erasable marker, marker holder, and one adhesive magnet that attaches to the back for display on a refrigerator, filing cabinet, or other magnetic surface.

Custom-imprinted magnets and reference cards require a minimum order of 100. A $28 setup fee applies to new custom orders and is waived for qualifying repeat orders.
Submit high-resolution artwork when ordering. We will automatically adjust imprint colors to coordinate with your logo or brand colors whenever possible. Wording, colors, and design elements can also be modified to better match your organization’s branding. Most standard changes are included at no additional charge; extensive revisions or major redesigns may require an additional fee.
A proof will be provided within 2 business days for your approval before production begins.
