Help families make informed decisions when a child is sick with Safety Magnets® Sick Kids: When to Stay Home from School Quick Reference Cards. The laminated 8.5 × 11 design explains when children should stay home from school, when to call a pediatrician, and when to seek emergency care. It also includes an ibuprofen and acetaminophen dosing chart and a write-on/wipe-off area for emergency phone numbers.

Choose whether to add four magnets to the back for display on a refrigerator, filing cabinet, locker, or other magnetic surface. An optional drilled hole is also available for hanging the card. The writable area can be completed with a dry-erase or wet-erase marker, which is not included.

Available plain or custom imprinted with your organization’s logo and contact information, these Quick Reference Cards are useful promotional products for pediatric health education, school wellness programs, patient outreach, and community health events.

Custom-imprinted magnets and reference cards require a minimum order of 100. A $28 setup fee applies to new custom orders and is waived for qualifying repeat orders.

Submit high-resolution artwork when ordering. We will automatically adjust imprint colors to coordinate with your logo or brand colors whenever possible. Wording, colors, and design elements can also be modified to better match your organization’s branding. Most standard changes are included at no additional charge; extensive revisions or major redesigns may require an additional fee.

A proof will be provided within 2 business days for your approval before production begins.
